Eduardo Diaz is a seasoned solutions architect with extensive experience designing and implementing high-impact solutions that align with business and technical goals. He has led multiple Supply Chain implementations for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers from various industries. When faced with a challenge, Eduardo likes to understand the root cause and reengineer the process to optimize it. He also looks to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommends best practices.
